Appealing a Decision

Decisions of the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales are final. If however you think that the decision is wrong in law you can appeal to the Upper Tribunal, but you must first make an application to the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales to ask for permission to appeal.
