Decisions made by the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales are not published.
The tribunal may give a decision orally at the hearing or may reserve its decision. The tribunal will send to each party as soon as reasonably practicable following the final determination hearing, a notice stating the tribunal’s decision and its written reasons for the decision.
