Tribunal users can give feedback to the tribunal about our administrative services in one of the following ways:
  • in writing
  • by fax
  • by e-mail
  • by telephone.

We welcome feedback on all administrative aspects of our work in order to improve our service. If however you wish to make a formal complaint about the service we have provided, please do contact us to discuss your complaint or write to us to let us know in what way you are unhappy with the service provided.

There is also an opportunity to provide feedback to us about our administrative services by either completing our Customer Satisfaction Survey or the Feedback on the Website Form below.

If you are detained or subject to certain orders made under the Mental Health Act you may be able to apply to the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales to have the matter reviewed.
A patient’s case may be referred automatically to the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales.
A nearest relative is a person who has certain rights and powers under the Mental Health Act in respect of the patient for whom they are the nearest relative.
The responsible authority is the organisation or individual that has responsibility for a patient who is detained or subject to certain orders made under the Mental Health Act.
